Many of you around me know that it doesn’t take long for me to express how much God has blessed me.
One of my biggest blessings is no doubt my amazing wife Michelle. I would be nothing without her. Thank you Michelle for being the best wife, incredible mommy and best friend a man could have.

I have a 5 year old named Olivia, and I can tell you first hand that little girls are made of very special ingredients!
Bethany Hamilton is a girl that a few years ago got attacked by a shark while surfing in Hawaii. Her story is truly inspiring. As most of you know I love to surf, which brings this story even closer. If you get sometime - google her and check out her story. But for now, I picked up a quote from her about what little girls are made of and it made me smile.

Well, with all new beginnings we have new starts. The 2009 year is here and we officially enter the 2009 workweek here tomorrow. I am ready to get going, but like all Sunday afternoons - I am already starting to get knots in my stomach.
I am working to get past that though this year. I want to have a better control over it and not to make it a big burden on me like it has been over the years. I am going to try something new tomorrow morning. I am going to get up another 30 or 1 hour earlier tomorrow - to just take time and prepare myself mentally, physically and spiritually. I believe that is going to help make a huge difference.
To all of you out there that are going into the new 2009 work week tomorrow - enjoy it! Have fun and expect nothing less than a wonderful week and year.
It’s easy to get stuck in a rut… Even to get complacent. Just remember this - Motivation is what gets you started. Habit is what keeps you going.
