So there is this young guy named Corey. He is a piece of work to say the least. He has been working for us now for about 4 months or so. I took him to California for the first time 2 months ago, where I found so many disturbing things out about him…

First off - for casual living, he only wears high top basketball shoes. No not the fashionable kind either - I am talking some serious Kareem Abdul-Jubbar kind. And this sucker laces them all the way to the top - and double knots them. “You never know when you may roll an ankle!” 

So while we were in California we stopped by a Crate Denim - visiting Chad Hilton, a good friend of mine. That is where we discovered that Corey only had 1 pair of jeans and no Chuck Taylor’s. Yes, I know Chad - this should have been part of the employee screening… wont happen again.

So when we left Crate, we headed out to Santa Monica where I had the privilege to purchase Corey his first pair of Converse sneakers… Can you believe it? This sucker is 22 years old! Well, he is on his way now…. Yes, he complained all night long on how they felt unstable and his ankles were not protected. No I didn’t strangle him.
