Jason Small is my buddy!

Tuesday, August 19th, 2008

Jason Small from PM Lifestyle’s is mu good buddy. We have traveled to a lot of places together for work, and seen things that a lot of us shouldn’t!

We were in Sturgis together and he was doing such a great job working really hard. I want to thank him for all his hard work. Keep up with him at http://wreckedmagazine.com/jasonsmall/

Oh - here’s a cool photo of Jason…. He’s hard at work filming - in the white shirt behind me…

Swimmin Time

Michelle had a Baby shower today (more on that later) so I took Olivia to our clubhouse to go to the kids pool area this morning. Our pool is not done yet but it was started on Friday - so the countdown is on!

I work hard and have a lot on me, but when I get around my little one - my cares go away. Olivia has my heart!

The Truckers Challenge

Saturday, August 16th, 2008

So it was our last night in Sturgis and we decided to hit the road and find a good restaurant to eat at with the guys. We where all pumped with the idea of us running about 20 miles into town to find an Outback Steakhouse or something. On our little mission, Rico ran out of gas and had to sit on the side of the road, while we went and found a gas station and filled up some NOS bottles with fuel for him.

We finally got him on the road - no thanks to Corey blowing by them 2 times (yes we agree with you Lisa).

Back on the road with a good steak on our mind - we where violently pushed off the road by the our “friendly” bikers to a rest stop that was… well less than Outback, but filled with memories for sure.

We get into the place and I started off by purchasing a nice Sturgis trucker hat. We made our way back to the restaurant where we received our menus. We quickly found out that there was a challenge on the back page. This was no little challenge - 3 pound Cheeseburger with all the toppings a tray full of fries, bucket of cole slaw and a nice mound of pickles.

This burger was the biggest thing I have ever seen. It has at least 10 pieces of cheese on it and God knows what else was stuffed into this train wreck!

Needless to say, the boys pulled together and there was one that stood to the test - Mr.Corey Mullane!

Corey took this sucker like a champ….. I have to say - we didn’t know what to expect, but my man took it on and destroyed it! The bun was rock hard because there has only been 8 people to accomplish the feat in 4 years, so needless to say - this bread had been sitting for a long long time!

Corey stepped up and become a man in many of our eyes. Later that night we had to get up and get cranking to the airport - and I heard moaning coming from Corey’s room…. He was there in the fetal position just breathing all heavy and moaning. The Swazi Father was nervous for him - he thought he may have caught a bad case of Mad Cow - I believe he was right!

Here’s to you Corey - to the man that loves him some meat!

The Rumble!

There are certain things I can share on here, and there are a lot I can’t. I will give you the PG version here. Let me paint the picture for you. Corey Mullane who received the name “Internet Kook” from our den mother Rico Fodrey, had to run his mouth a bit while at Sturgis.

So it was Rico’s mission all week to…. lets just say wrestle with him a bit…. And boy did they have their fair share of that kind of activity!

Pics may be a bit blurry - but you will get the picture.

Corey did make it out OK - but this was the first of his special man bonding…. And he did get some really good man bonding!
